2022
MINI Challenge UK – It was time to progress to the UK and into the super competitive MINI Challenge UK Championship - Jack enjoyed a sensational debut season finishing on the podium multiple times on a 35 car grid as well as setting a pair of fastest laps and notably winning 19 out of 20 Rookie races to become the 2022 Rookie Champion and taking 5th Overall.
Young Racing Driver of the Year Finalist – Jack is shortlisted for the 2022 Sexton Trophy Young Racing Driver of the Year and continues with the Team Ireland development programme run by Motorsport Ireland to nurture and support young drivers.
2021
Fiesta ST - Graduating from Junior Racing, Jack makes the move to the highly competitive Fiesta ST Championship for 2021 and surprises many with his pace, claiming a podium on his first weekend in the ST. He follows this with pole position, race wins and podiums to finish the season as Vice-Champion in the overall championship standings in his rookie season, while also breaking the Mondello International Lap Record for the ST's
Fiesta Endurance - His race team, Jack Byrne Motorsport enters into the annual Fiesta Zetec Endurance Race in November which sees Jack teaming up with former racing champions William Kellett and Tomas O’Rourke. After a gruelling race and prolonged post-race technical checks, Jack Byrne Motorsport are announced as the winners.
Team HARD. – Jack enters the Team HARD. Scholarship in December and from over 100 drivers makes it through to the final 12 contenders for a fully funded drive in the Ginetta GT4 2022 Championship.

2020
Junior Ginetta Ireland Champion
With a delayed start to the racing season due to Covid Restrictions, Jack once again joins the Junior Ginetta Ireland grid in July and with multiple pole position, race wins, podiums and fastest laps he is crowned the Champion. The Junior Irish Rallycross Championship had to be abandoned for 2020 due to restrictions, denying Jack his chance to defend his Junior title.
2019
Junior Irish Rallycross Champion
Jack is committed to defending his Junior Irish Rallycross Championship title and by the end of the season he is once again crowned Champion.
Junior Ginetta Ireland Best Newcomer
He also sets himself a new challenge, making his debut in circuit racing in the Junior Ginetta Ireland series, claiming 4th in the standings and being awarded Best Newcomer.
2018
Junior Irish Rallycross Champion
This would be Jack’s first full season in the Junior Irish Rallycross Championship and multiple heat wins, final wins and podiums see him crowned the 2018 Champion at the age of 15.
2017
Junior Irish Rallycross Debut
Making his debut in the Junior Irish Rallycross Championship just three weeks after his fourteenth birthday, Jack took an overall win on his first weekend and finished the season with more heat wins, final wins and podiums.
2016
Wexford Motor Club Youth Academy Junior Champion
Jack started his racing career in 2016 at the age of 12 winning the Wexford Motor Club Youth Academy Junior prize which gave him an introduction to racing in karts. He quickly realised that he wanted to race cars and by the end of the year Jack had started building his first car to compete in the Junior Irish Rallycross Championship.
